How to Make a Yummy RED VELVET CAKE

Ingredients

• Eggs 3No.
• Sugar 80g
• Vanilla extract 5ml
• Salt a pinch
• Honey 10gm
• Cake flour 75gm
• Cocoa powder 5gm
• Red rice powder 15gm
• Milk 35gm
• Food colour as you need
• Unsalted butter 30gm
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
• cream cheese 180gm
• sugar 35gm
• vanilla extract 3ml
• lemon juice 10gm
• heavy cream 235gm
SUGAR SYRUP
• Water 50ml
• Sugar 30gm


PREPARATION


Add 3 eggs into a clean bowl & add 80gms of sugar, 5ml of vanilla

extract , a pinch of salt &10 gm of honey. Then whisk well by using
double boiling method for 1 minute. Then whips at high speed for 2-3
minutes until the egg looks creamy . After that prepare milk and butter
through the same double boiling method that we done before .

For the mixture, sieve the cake flour, cocoa powder & red rice powder
together for 2-3 times.This will help to get soft and fluffy cake. Then
divide the flour mixture into two parts. Add the first part of the flour
into the batter and whisk well . For the delicious Red colour add food
colour to preheated milk and mix it well. Pour this liquid into the
batter & mix immediately, so that the milk doesn’t sink then add the
remaining flour into the batter . After that add unsalted butter into
the batter that we melted before. Then pour the batter into a mold
sized 18 cm. & don’t forget to tap the mold 3 times for removing the
bubbles. Otherwise the cake has the chance to break.
After preheating the oven to 175° C (347F) and Bake at 165°c (329F)
for 25-27 min.
Shock as soon as you get out of the oven and let it cool..
Once the cake became cool then cut the cake into 3 pieces. Then we
can see that the cake is so soft and fluffy..
Its the time for making cream cheese frosting. Add 180gm of cream
cheese into a clean bowl and whisk until it became soft and
creamy.add 35 gm of sugar ,3 ml of vanilla extract, 10 g of lemon juice
and whisk it well by using a whisker.At that time add 235g Heavy
cream and beat well. Add this cream into a piping bag.
We can make sugar syrup easily… Add 50g of water into a pan and add
30g of sugar then heat well until the sugar melts.Then move to
Refrigerator for 1 hour.
Wet the sponge cakes by brushing sugar syrup and add the cream
cheese into the wet sponges by using piping bag. Then set the next
one.Repeat the procedure.. Finally garnish with baby cherries.


OUR DELICIOUS RED VELVET CAKE IS READY……


NOTE: Refrigerate The cake for 2-3 hours before use…
